Our range of services include:
- On location, live recording of your meeting;
- On-site duplication and sale of CDs shortly after each
session ends;
- Desktop publishing and printing of CD order form;
- Marketing of CDs in a tasteful manner before, during and
after the meeting;
- We use only top quality equipment and materials and fully guarantee
our CDs against defects;
- Fast turn-around on mail orders, usually shipped out the same day
order is received;
- Prompt and accurate reporting of sales figures twice a year;
- Provide client with a complimentary set of CDs from the meeting.
- First Tape can video record a meeting and duplicate sessions on DVDs
for post-meeting shipping. Call for details on this service.
First Tape does not charge recording fees, unless you require a non-sale
recording.
Services the client provides are:

Information pertaining to the number of sessions, length of sessions,
speaker names, session titles and room assignments;

Obtain approval from speakers to be recorded;

Ensure we have an audio feed capability for each session to be
recorded (depending on the location you choose, there may be patch fees or
union fees associated with providing the audio feed);

Provide First Tape with a secure, lockable workroom in which to store
and operate our duplicating equipment at the meeting location and a location
for sales (usually 4-6 tables set up in a hollow square formation);

Provide a complimentary sleeping room beginning the evening before the
first recorded session and ending the morning of the day after the last
recorded session at or within walking distance of the meeting location.
Basically, that's it! First Tape will incur all other expenses up-front in
connection with recording, duplicating and selling of media. Those expenses
are then recovered from sales. We will work with you on cost of CDs.
